All items are shipped out within 2-3 working days.
Items sent in the UK Letter or Large Letter are sent 1st Class with an option to upgrade to signed for delivery and parcels are sent via economy delivery with the option to upgrade to next day. So please allow up to 1 week for delivery in total so please wait this time before reporting the item as lost.
Items sent Worldwide can vary depending on what country you are from Europe and The U.S can be 1-2 weeks other places can be 2-8 weeks in total so please wait this time before reporting the item as lost.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item, the buyer will be required to pay for the return postage and needs to be sent with a tracking number, the refund will be made to the original payment method, please take a photo of any damage to the item done during shipping on the rare occurrence that this might happen.
